Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders as noted at checkout.

Domestic Shipping (United States): 3–7 business days after processing
International Shipping: 7–21 business days after processing, depending on destination

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. IslaNest is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events outside our control.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@islanest.com.

Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. IslaNest is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at support@islanest.com and we'll do our best to correct it before the order ships.
