How to Start a Return
Email support@islanest.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide instructions for returning your item.

Return Conditions
Items should be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status of your refund.

Refund Timing
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@islanest.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards and final sale items (if applicable) are not eligible for return.
